CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 20th July 2008. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.  A $125 administration charge applies to all cancellations prior to 20th July 2008.  A registration (with or without payment) is confirmation of registration and the cancellation policy will apply.
